HIMO Studio Workspace Rules
Authorized Access Only
HIMO Studio is a private work system for people invited by HIMO. Use only your own account, keep credentials private, use a strong unique password, and report suspected account misuse promptly. Access is limited by role and client assignment and may be suspended or removed when no longer needed.
Protect Client and Team Information
Use workspace information only for the work you are authorized to perform. Do not copy, disclose, export, or share client, commercial, financial, production, or personal information outside the approved team and tools. Check recipients before sharing and avoid adding personal or sensitive information that the work does not require.
Upload Lawful Material
Upload only files HIMO or the client owns or is authorized to use. Record creator credit, source, usage limits, and expiry dates accurately. Do not upload malware, illegal material, confidential information unrelated to the work, or content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
Keep the Record Accurate
Use truthful names, dates, statuses, comments, rights details, and decisions. Do not impersonate another person, alter attribution, hide material changes, or use the system to mislead a client or colleague. Audit and approval histories exist to preserve accountability.
Workflow Decisions
An approval in HIMO records an internal workflow decision on the identified version. It is not an electronic signature, service agreement, scope change, usage-rights transfer, or substitute for a client contract or written change order.
Reasonable and Secure Use
Do not probe security, bypass permissions, interfere with availability, automate excessive requests, introduce harmful code, or use HIMO for unlawful, abusive, or unrelated activity. Report mistakes, accidental disclosure, suspicious links, lost devices, and possible security incidents to himo.studios.ph@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Consequences and Changes
HIMO may restrict access, preserve relevant records, and take other proportionate action when these rules are breached. Client contracts, employment or contractor terms, and applicable law continue to govern the underlying relationship. HIMO may update these rules as the workspace changes.
